Of course.. here it is.
Ordered on 18th Dec. It said it was shipped on 20th Dec. Not the case. I emailed them on 1st Jan advising I've still not got it. Then on 2nd Jan I received an email it's shipped. AGAIN. Well, hopefully this time for real.
No apologies or explanation for the delay from customer service.
Will never order again

Didnt recieve pilow case had instant message from customer service and replaced it with hello kitty because tgey had sold out but nit recieved the replacement either
