Pilates Clothing & Outfits

Pilates has moved well beyond the studio — and the clothing has kept up. Whether you're working through a reformer session or heading straight to brunch after, the right pilates outfit does both without compromise. Think precision-cut leggings that stay put, seamless sets that move with you, and zip-ups that look as good off the mat as on it.

The Brands in Our Edit

Beach Riot brings California-cool energy to activewear — bold colourways, flattering cuts, and that effortless off-duty feel that makes their sets just as wearable for coffee runs as for class. Spiritual Gangster leans into the mindful side of movement — soft, premium fabrics with a laid-back aesthetic that pairs perfectly with the pilates lifestyle.

How to Style Pilates Clothing

• Studio-ready: Pair high-waisted leggings with a fitted sports bra and layer a zip-up hoodie for the warm-up. Opt for seamless fabrics to avoid any distraction mid-flow.
• Studio to street: Swap the sports bra for a fitted longline tee and add chunky trainers — your pilates set becomes an off-duty outfit without a wardrobe change.
• Reformer sessions: Go for a full seamless set in a neutral or tonal colourway — minimal seams, maximum comfort when you're working against resistance.
• Cold-weather layering: Throw an oversized sweatshirt over your leggings and sports bra for the commute, then strip back to your set when you're ready to move.
